june monthly wrap-up

June was a big month for me – I started my internship at Faber & Faber, participated in the Ramadan Readathon and a Pride readathon. I also decided to focus a bit more on mental health, so I invited a bunch of people to guest post on here too!

  • Read 52 books – I hit 52! I knew that I would achieve this goal, but unlike last year, where I set myself the goal of 150 books, I didn’t want to put pressure on myself this year.
  • Read more diversely – I definitely read diversely this month, as I finished up the Ramadan Readathon as well as taking part in the Queer Lit Readathon. Some of the books I read included The Other Half of Happiness, The Brightsiders, I Was Born for This, and Freshwater.
  • Post on bookstagram – I posted fairly regularly this month – and I hit 450 followers! This really means a lot to me because I’m not the best photographer in the world.
  • Post on booktube – I posted a fair few times.

How was your June? Let me know in the comments!
