#MentalHealthBookBingo – recommended reads

Now that you know that the bingo will be taking place in January, you must be thinking what books you could possibly read! Well, here is a HUGE recommendation list for every single square. I have given you 3 or 4 recommendations but these books are by no means the only books that you can read! Some of these books will fit into multiple squares.

A note: I have not read every single one of these books. Therefore, if you know that one contains harmful representation, please let me know and I will remove it from the list.

Thanks for the list!!! This is such a good collection!
Another book I would recommend was one I read many, many years ago called Today I’m Alice which is a memoir by someone with MPD. I can’t promise how good it is, as I haven’t ‘re read it recently but I found it good when I originally read it.
